Susan was responsive and helpful throughout the process. Note that the document review process is poor. Sending a 100+ page document for review, and when there has been a change, simply sending the entire document again is frustrating.

Susan Laganas is exceptional, and made the entire home loan process smooth and transparent. She made sure every question I had was answered clearly and never even hinted that one of my questions was dumb (even though I am positive I asked more than one dumb question). Her communication is second to none. In addition to sending convenient texts that she copied to my email (which is incredibly helpful when you need to search by keyword), I swear she was available all hours of the day every day, weekends and holidays included. I'm not sure she sleeps! I suspect she loves what she does, because every interaction was not just pleasant, but enjoyable.
