Susan worked very hard to get my refi done in a timely manner. She would send E-mails and call during the weekend or evening to make this happen and keep me on track. I would highly recommend Susan to anyone looking for help in refinancing a mortgage.

Susan was recommended to us by a co-worker. We gave her a call and right away she began the process for us to get us a pre-approval letter. Once pre-approved she informed us of the different loans we would qualify for and the best ones that would suit our needs. She is very knowledgeable, professional and experienced in this field, answering all questions and reassuring us throughout the whole process.
