We were extremely happy to work with Susan. She was very professional, had great follow up skills and always was available over the cell phone when we needed her. The approval letters were sent right away when we made offers on the houses and she always followed up after it. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a house We got the best interest rate, she helped us tremendously during morgage approval process and gave us pre-approval letter for one year versus 6 months.

Susan is very attentive to the work that she does. She is available at a wide range of times to answer questions or help with something. She sends gentle reminders and heads up which help keep things on track. She is very knowledgeable with her work and will explain things more than once or twice if you need it without a second thought. Susan has a wonderful way about her and is so pleasant to work with.
